Abstract :
During the construction of Corruption Risks Prevention System(or CRPS, for short), there are many problems such as lack of information resources integration, data non-sharing, low-level redundant construction, lack of top-level design and so on. Based on the cloud computing techniques including E-government cloud services and SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), this paper probe into building a new CRPS platform as “Electric Cage”, choosing E-government cloud services as the core, centralizing the hardware and software resources, unifying top-down master plan and “SaaS” cloud-based apps development.
