Abstract :
This paper presents an information exchange platform to meet the communication requirements of modern intelligent power distribution and utilization management system. We present the main components, operating principles and application effects of our exchange platform. This platform provides management, configuration, exchanging, monitoring service for communication and running requirements, and designs an agent middleware which communicates and integrates with other systems. Finally, we show how to improve our information exchange platform.
