  • Abstract
    Because of the imbalances between the series-connected cells during the charging will greatly reduce the battery packs cycle life, charge equalization has become important consideration in the serially connected battery cells charging technology. To improve the unbalance of the series-connected battery packs and guarantee that the voltage of all battery cells is at the same level in the battery packs, this paper present an intelligent equalization charging technology which consisted of charging function module, nondestructive equalization device, and intelligent equalizing charge strategy to realize the intelligent equalizing charging between the series connected cells. This technology can be used for improving the level of consistency of the tandem battery and transferring energy effectively equilibrium between single battery. This paper will introduce the intelligent equalization charging technology by three parts, and it can help reader to familiar with this theory and technology easier.
