Abstract :
Hybrid transparent conductive films (TCF) coated with one component solution manufactured with silver nanowires (AgNWs) and single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were fabricated on polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) by bar coating process. The sheet resistance of a hybrid transparent film was 21Ω/square with transparency of 87.6% at 550 nm. Transparency and sheet resistance of hybrid transparent films were controlled by adjusting the concentration of AgNWs and SWCNTs and the number of coating of the manufactured solutions. The optical, electrical and structural characteristics of the hybrid transparent films were investigated.
