Abstract

In this paper, we propose an algorithm supported by some suggestions and recommendations to build an integrated optimal system for developing the educational process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting from elementary, intermediate and secondary schools to the university and higher studies educations. Our proposed system with its components, diagrams and schemes can be considered as a core of an integrated optimal educational system to be future developed by specialists in arts of education.
