Abstract :
In this paper, a new High-power LED drive power based on “PFC+LLC+VC, CC” topology structures is discussed, it uses LLC half-bridge resonant circuit composed of TM mode PFC controller L6563H and High-pressure resonant controller L6599 to realize zero voltage switching(ZVS) of main power tube and zero current switching(ZCS) of rectifier diode under full voltage scope and full load condition, meanwhile, it uses constant voltage(CV) and constant current(CC) circuit to improve efficiency and power factor of HB-LED drive power. By using this topology structures, the power factor can reach to 97%and the overall efficiency to 92%.
