Abstract
The membership functions are difficult to obtain for existed fuzzy approaches of measurement uncertainty. In order to conquer this disadvantage, we use the cloud model to calculate the measurement uncertainty. The cloud model is combined with randomness and fuzziness, which provides sufficient data for the computation of the standard uncertainty. At last, two examples are given to show the detailed process of this method. The effectiveness and accuracy are proved in the calculation results.
