Abstract :
Decay coefficient of current plays an important role for battery rapid charging. This paper studied the decay coefficient of current of single Lead-acid battery using the partition charge pattern, the effects of recycling number, specific gravity of electrolyte, initial charging current on the decay coefficient of current. The results showed that decay coefficient of current keep constant between t0 and tmid. The maximum decay coefficient of current can be achieved when the relationship of initial current and electrolyte specific gravity arrived at an optimal value.
