Abstract :
Contrary to the total manual operation of oil well logging dispense with the isotope, an automatic dispensing apparatus is propose in this paper to solve the artificial dispensing issues, such as inaccurate measurement, security insecurity, low work efficiency. The apparatus consists of automatic packing machine, weighing instruments, control drive boxes, dispensing operating panel and other components. It´s working principle, hardware structure and software implementation methods are introduced in detail. Experimental dispensing data show that the dispensing apparatus has a high degree of automation, measurement accuracy, high reliability and so on.
