The positioning of the industrial maintenance and its interaction with the N.I.C.T.(case study)

According to the technical progress and that of the New Information and Communication Technologies (N.I.C.T.), the increasing complexity of the production equipments, and the competitiveness world, which involve the research of the total quality and cost cutting, the traditional functionalities of the industrial company evolve to more flexible and interactive functionalities. The New information and Communication Technologies (NICT) play a main function for the support of the functionalities of the companies, including the Maintenance function. On this subject, our work consists of conceiving a method of audit of Maintenance function in the industrial companies starting from a questionnaire addressed to the various industrial sectors of Tangier Free Zone (TFZ), and which is part the projects for sustainable development. This design will enable us to work out a diagnosis, to evaluate the performance of the Maintenance function, like its interaction with the N.I.C.T. In this article, we are modeling the recommended approach for the evaluation of the Maintenance function of the three principal industrial sectors of the TFZ, the sector of wiring, electronics and electricity, the sector of construction, manufacturing and aeronautics, and the sector of textile, leather and clothing, with location the positioning of the N.I.C.T. in the Maintenance function.
