Abstract
Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANET) are widely used all around the world. So far it is vulnerable to wide range of attacks due to its inherent features like as-open medium, dynamically changing network topology, lack of centralized monitoring and lack of clear line of defense. To suffice these attacks to some extent, it is planned to implement a technique which eradicate co-operative blackhole and grayhole attacks by using modified extended data routing information (MEDRI) table at each node with the routing table of the AODV protocol. Ultimately this technique is also capable for detection of nodes which are affected by non consecutive co-operative blackhole and grayhole attacks in MANET.
