  • Abstract
Researchers regard the Information Security Risk Assessment Model as the authoritative model for the security performance of information system. Its value at risk is the directly important indicator of information system security. This paper proposes a e-government risk model based on dynamic threat value and fuzzy neural network for the e-government information system. This model effectively avoids human judgment factors of traditional model and the neural network experiment indicates this model is the effective information security assessment model for the e-government information system.
