Abstract :
Cyberspace is a typical complex system which has characteristics different from traditional simple network, and the topology has crucial influences on cyberspace survivability. Network survivability analysis methods currently presented could hardly reflect the structural complexity of cyberspace, which are incapable of supporting cyberspace survivability research. In this paper, we firstly analyze the topological structure and statistical characteristics of cyberspace based on complex network theory, discuss the typical attack patterns of cyberspace, and investigate the diversification of cyberspace survivability under different attack patterns. Secondly, the structural survivability analysis and critical link recognition of cyberspace are proposed based on complex network analysis of cyberspace. Finally, the effectiveness of methods proposed is validated through simulation experiments.
