Abstract :
High-speed, wideband digital signal processing is required in the fields such as Radar, navigation, software radio, and so on. Improving the speed of FFT computation is one of the keys to realize high-speed real-time data acquisition and processing system. This paper proposes a solution to improve FFT computation by combining parallel computing approach on multi-processors and parallel computing architecture for FFT processor. The details of parallel processing algorithm and parallel computing architecture are given. ALtera FFT MegaCore is used to implement FFT, and computer simulation is given. The proposed method efficiently solves the problem of GHz wideband data processing.
