Abstract
The ever-increasing proportion of energy consumption in ICT field, in particular in the Internet, has become a key issue during the last few years, attracting a world-wide attention. A Many-to-Many Multicast Routing (MMMR) algorithm for green Internet is proposed in this paper. It obtains the learning rate on the basis of the dynamic niche-based self-organizing learning algorithm and gets the selection probability to choose the neighbor nodes on the basis of the blind naked mole-rats algorithm. A many-to-many multicast sharing tree consisting of the sinking node as the root and the multicast members as the leaves is generated. Finally, the simulation of MMMR is carried out under the network topology of CERNET2, which shows that MMMR is energy-saving with QoS supported and good performance.
