Abstract :
Starting response time is one of the most important parameters of DCT clutch BLDC motor. In this paper, a novel BLDC mathematic model was built based on non-linear flux linkage differential equation method, which inductance derivative can be omitted in the current calculation, and the non-linear magnetic behavior was taken into consideration in the motor inductances, and these nonlinear inductances were calculated by FEA. Digital simulation model was created, and simulation results showed that this model is a good reference for DCT clutch motor design.
