Abstract :
Since 2005, concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) technology is developing very fast. The latest developments of the CPV are reviewed and summarized in detail, including III-V multi-junction solar cell, Optical of Concentrator System and Solar Tracking System. The recent progress on CPV systems of the representative research institutions and companies over the world are reported. Finally, the prospects of CPV technology are given.
