Abstract :
In the current paper, an overview of the new and rapidly growing research area in agent mining has been enumerated. An intelligent agent is an autonomous entity which observes through sensors and acts upon an environment using actuators and directs its activity towards achieving goals. A framework for secured agent mining in data mining has been proposed. In this paper a survey of the work accomplished in agent mining and data mining along with the coordinates of each work in the interactive mining, human centered data mining, service delivery, customer service, mobile agents, distributed data mining has been discussed. A brief evaluation is performed and some critical conclusions are made.
