Service-oriented model approach to create the web services

Software Application Development has moved towards the new dynamic compositions of services that run on the service-oriented environment with the continuous changes in the requirements. Developers need to define the specific methodologies for fulfilling the requirements. In this paper we proposed a standard which can be used for enhancing the service-oriented methodologies. We discussed how the layers in a model are used to construct the service-oriented methodology in the development of web services. In this study, discussed the various parameters categorized for constructing and enhancing the scope in the service-oriented environment to avail the better service.
