Abstract :
This paper presents a programmable voltage-mode resistorless multifunctional filter using CMOS CCCCTA. The proposed filter employs CCCCTA, DPCCCII, and two capacitors which make it convenient for integrated circuit technology. The filter realizes low-pass, high-pass and band-pass and band-reject responses. The proposed circuit offers non-interactive digital control over filter parameters such as pole-Q. The proposed filter is simulated using TSMC 0.25μm technology.
