Abstract :
We design compact photonic metamaterials to generate orbital angular momentum (OAM) carrying vector beams. Using a single 11.2×11.2 μm device, we selectively generate broadband (550 nm) different OAM-carrying vector beams from 1000 to 1550 nm. The device shows good fabrication tolerance.
