  • Abstract
    Nowadays, 3D Geographic Information System (GIS) as a developing direction of GIS has been increasingly used in different field. Cities or regions major hazard supervision in recent years has attracted national attention. In a period of economic and social reformation, although Chinese manufacturers show overall stability and trend to improve production safety. But the situation is still very serious and the number of accidents occurring is too large and grievous. 3DGIS has significant research value in safe production field. In this paper, the principle of building 3D model based on Feature Manipulate Engineering (FME), achieve three-dimensional display of safe production risk data in B/S structure. The process of building a FME 3D model and illustrating the mathematics logic could be considered as the most important part of this paper which is a very important attempt of 3D WebGIS in safe production field.
