Abstract :
The ZigBee technology is a new wireless communication technology with the characters of low cost, low complexity and low consumption. Aiming at the requirement of the special environmental and security-defense of SMT workshop, an intelligent SMT workshop monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology is provided. This system makes the SMT workshop discrete devices as an entirety that can be correlate and cooperative by means of wireless sensor networks. SMT workshop temperature and humidity monitoring, automatic burglar alarm, automatic fire alarm can be implemented by the system. A serial of tests have proved that the system can work with flexibility and high control precision, which has important practical significance to unified management of workshop.
