Abstract :
Safety and efficiency are the fundamental requirements of China Railway High-speed and its maintenance. And the maintenance time of CRH is short, and is subject to the constraint of time. So reasonable CRH maintenance plan and rational allocation of staff are proved to be critical. This paper first gives a mathematical description of the problem and establishes a model. Then it uses the virus genetic algorithm to find the answers. The virus genetic algorithm is verified with a capable for the scheduling optimization of reasonable maintenance work orders by a numerical example, obtaining the engineering solution before the deadline, thereby achieving the optimal configuration of human resources scheduling in the maintenance work order.
