  • Abstract
    The integration of reserve capacity allocation and wind power prediction probabilistic analysis is put forward to deal with the problems caused by wind power volatility and uncertainty. On this point the consequence of wind power is quantified and introduced to the wind power price compensation model. Based on this, taking the environmental benefits into consideration, sewage cost of thermal power units is counted and a more reasonable pricing model by statistic significance of power system dispatch with wind power is put forward. Example shows that this model can effectively reflect the impacts of different economic policy factors, and at the same time, proper allocation of the model could reduce the influence of wind power fluctuation and uncertainty, which will advance the sound development of wind power.
