  • Abstract
    With the wide spread use of multi-functional watt-hour meter and the implementation of new version of "Electrical Meters for Measuring Alternating-current Electrical Energy", higher requirements have been put forward to the identification of multifunctional watt-hour meter. This article describes how to use standard meter method to measure the intrinsic error, the clock error and the demand period of the multi-functional watt-hour meter, and a new solution has been mentioned how to use the pulse of the multi-functional watt-hour meter to measure the errors more efficiently. The test results conform to the verification regulations.
