Abstract :
In the TD-LTE system, because the handover parameters are not reasonable or optimized, the UE performs handover between target and source eNodeBs repeatedly, such as UE executes handover from the cell A to cell B, and then quickly handover from cell B to cell C. In order to avoid this kind of handover failures, this paper proposes an optimized handover process, and elaborates the handover signaling flows on the side of UE in details, and uses TTCN as simulation tool, the RRC layer as the simulation object and the other layers as simulation environment to simulate handover process. Through the simulation, we can confirm the consistency and correctness of the designed signaling process.
