Abstract :
Fuzzy logic controller with self-tuning PID parameters uses fuzzy control to adjust the parameters of the control system and is an combination of the fuzzy control and the traditional PID control. The fuzzy logic controller with self-tuning PID parameters adjusts the PID parameters of Kp, Ki and Kd on line to eliminate the influence of nonlinear, the uncertainty of the objects and other unfavorable factors. The simulation shows that the logic controller with self-tuning PID parameters has some characteristics that the controller has very good robustness and can improve the control quality. This paper presents a new method of PLC to apply fuzzy control. In this paper, fuzzy self tuning PID control is applied at the control system of 40kg test coke oven by the method and the coke oven has good control effect in heating process and stability.
