Abstract :
With the advent of digital signal processors, computation has become easy. This paper presents a novel architecture for processing real time radar signals. Real time applications require capturing of images at 25 frames per sec and display these images at 25 frames per sec on a computer for further processing. The images are captured by a camera in CCIRB/PAL format. In this work, a dedicated multiprocessor architecture has been proposed and designed with different image processing algorithms running on the board simultaneously.
