Abstract :
With the development of urbanization, there are a large number of residential communities have appeared in the cities. Nowadays, residents are concerned more and more about the safety, comfortability, and convenience of the communities. The hotspot of current research is to realize intelligent integration of the communities in planning managerial aspect, using GIS to inquire and analyze the spatial data and attribute data. This article is based on researching the application and development of geographic information system software from domestic and overseas, to introduce a kind of intelligent residential community which is using the MapObjects mapping software as a platform to construct and its application of planning, management, security, there is certain reference significance for the other districts of city information system construction.
