  • Abstract
    Personalized human face modeling has broad application prospects in virtual environment..After defining a 3D human facial model structure, which supports the individual deformation and the real-time demonstration,we used 3D coordinates of featured points synthesized from frontal and profile facial images to modify the predefined neuter face model. In this process we presented an algorithm of degressive deformation by levels to realize the matching from neuter person face to the personal face. Experiment results showed that the model defined by us is simple and easy to use, It also can effectively support personalized deformation. The algorithm of degressive deformation by levels can generate more realistic synthesized faces.
