Abstract
In the traditional network, TCP protocol is used to realize the reliable transmission and network congest control to release the network congestion. In the wireless network, TCP Veno is better than traditional TCP. This paper proposes an improved congest control protocol based on the TCP Veno protocol to improve the network performance by means of bandwidth prediction and dynamic window size adjust(BPDW). And through the math model and simulator experiments, it proves that the BPDW improves the throughput of network and increase the network efficiency.
