Abstract
The relationship of spectral feature, spectral vegetation indices, and biophysical, and biochemical parameters between susceptible and resistant varieties of tomatoes under tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) stress were analyzed, and the significance of vegetation indices were tested in this paper. The results showed significant different existed in leaves of ten varieties tomato Leaves.Under the TYLCV stress spectral feature, biophysical and biochemical parameters changed greatly compare with those normally growing tomato.Grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between vegetation indices and biophysical, biochemical parameters. All the correlation coefficients between vegetation indices and lignin were above 0.7 which indicated that that spectral feature could better estimate lignin than other biophysical and biochemical parameters.
