  • Abstract
The simulative operation system with 3D interactive processing technology as the core is of great significance for researching in the current surgical operation mode [1]. This paper put forward a 3D interactive frame based on MITK algorithm which is built on the 3D reconstruction of the medical image. A 3D interactive processing system for medical image is developed with VC++. It provides the function of visualization for medical image, and is able to reconstruct the 2D medical image series into 3D object. Experiment results indicated that, contrasted with existed algorithms, MITK algorithm will advance the audio-visual quality for users when it was used in 3D interactive system of simulative operation. It can help doctors to simulate diagnose or operate process and have achieved good effects. It is available to expand functions and has lay foundation for later interactive process, and is of great importance and values.
