Abstract :
This paper illustrates the optimization of the “displacement-temperature” model and “pressure-temperature” model that adopted in iron ore melting-dripping performance detection experiment. Based on the theoretical model, an innovational melting-dripping performance detection system was developed by the project group whose members come from ChongQing University of Science & Technology and Dazhou Iron & Steel Group. The system makes the direct temperature measurement of the ore sample comes true. The application of the system in Dazhou Iron & Steel Group proves that the performance datum got by the system is more accurate and the system is more efficient and automatic than the similar products in domestic.
