Abstract :
In this paper, a new generalization of Pawlak rough set, the generalized variable precision probability rough set, is studied. Several properties of generalized variable precision probability rough set are discussed and the relationship between the proposed model and the existing rough set model is also examined. At the same time, we define the concept of the approximation dependent of attributes in generalized probability approximation space. Then we study the attribute reduction in generalized probability approximation space by using the concept of approximation dependent.
