Abstract :
This paper focuses on exponential asymptotically stability for neutral systems with nonlinear perturbations and time-varying delays. The aim is to design an exponential asymptotically stability criteria by using a Lyapunov function and lemma. Finally, numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
