Abstract :
In public words, the most primitive and simple method of solving traffic problems of roads is the investment in development of road infrastructures, but it is yet the most expensive way. In expertise view, some issues such as reducing plan costs and the shortest time to reach the final result are very important. A solution taken to improve critical traffic situation of Dezfoul- Shoushtar road is the same development of road and infrastructures, 30% of which has been yet performed after passing near to six years due to failure in supplying budget and in executive factors, and the executive operation of project is now being carried out. This article aims at solving traffic problems of road, increasing safety of users, reducing decreasing trip delays in the shortest time and lowest cost, and finally trying to determine intelligent equipment for removing these factors and also topology of the equipment in the route by considering the related already performed researches, studying statistics of accidents, analyzing information, recognizing the most important factors influencing accidents in this road, and determining critical items in controlling intensity of accidents.
