  • Abstract
    For chart products to meet the requirement of present ENC producing situation and comply with the international standard, the ENC Validation Check Standard is executed. We develop independently an international standard ENC check platform by means of computer self-check, automatic recognition, mesh segmentation, point to point comparison and human-computer interaction to check data of its validity, rationality, sufficiency and completeness, which solves the problem of the present ENC products´ entirely depending on manpower and foreign software when in quality inspection.
