The Creation of Knowledge Innovation System

Knowledge innovation system is a hot theoretical and practical issue in recent years. Academic theory of knowledge innovation system obviously lags behind the objective facts of the construction of the knowledge innovation system in China. Based on the Science and education integration of SECI (SEI-SECI) model, this paper reveals that the science and education integration to promote the structural completeness and degree of knowledge innovation spiral ascending mechanism. This paper intends to use a new angle and way to improve the existing knowledge innovation system of research.
