Abstract :
This paper deals with the improvement (in the sense of the assumption relaxation) of a frequency domain inequality ensuring global asymptotic stability. The condition incorporates only slope information for slope restricted nonlinearities. Several examples are given and possible applications to aircraft control systems with rate limiters are suggested.
