Abstract :
Investigated is a decision making problem in a two-level operation system. Solving the problem consists in providing a solution to the sub-problems on each of the two levels, which are: task scheduling and task execution, where by task execution a collision-free movement control problem is understood. Both sub-problems are interconnected in a way that makes it unviable to consider them separately. In this work, a decomposition procedure is proposed to tackle that interconnection. It is delivered along with the assessment of quality loss that it induces. Presented solution algorithm uses rescheduling as a means of improving the quality and this improvement is examined through empirical evaluation.
