Abstract
This paper presents the control of flow between two counter-rotating disks by using section of Poincaré. The control is realized on the four proper modes of flow. The parameter of control is the speed of rotating disks which is proportional of Reynolds number. The aim of control is to stabilize the periodic-2 orbit. Hence one eliminates the instable regime in order to have the stationary dynamic. In order to realize that, a poles placement is performed by using the model obtained with Poincaré section and least squares minimization.
