Abstract
The steady state analysis of the parallel resonant converter is presented using a novel frequency domain model. Generalized expressions for the circuit currents and voltages are derived. The existence of Multiple Conduction Mode (MCM) is pointed out. The variations of output voltage, turn off time, output power and converter efficiency have been studied.
