Abstract
This paper reviews specific sets of requirements from public sectors and presents open cloud architectures to incorporate these requirements. Cloud computing changes the way an organization consume resources, including hardware, software, and services. A unique set of requirements is extracted from the examination of the existing rules and policies from the public sector to consume these resources. Based on analysis of this set of requirements, this paper proposes an open cloud architecture to build cloud platform and service in public sector.
