IEEE Standards Association and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute Renew Memorandum of Understanding [Standards]

The IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) announced the renewal of their memorandum of understanding.
