Abstract
In this paper, we develop a discrete-time time-invariant tracking controller for a dynamic system affected by hysteresis. This controller is composed of a non-linear discrete-time observer and a linear tracking controller. The controller is tested on a high precision translation stage under the influence of hysteresis.
