Abstract
We suggest an approximation method for nonlinear dynamical systems known as multi regional state space systems. This attempt can be regarded as a Sugeno-Takagi fuzzy modeling. A design procedure for a state space controller of the local state space systems is proposed and a sufficient condition for the stability of the multi regional state space system is given. The method is applied to a chemical process.
