  • Abstract
This paper discusses about the possibility of harnessing the energy from human body in particular from exhaled air. Piezoelectric sensor in turn PVDF film is used in the system. Forceful Exhalation through mouth opening gives out high force along with temperature gradient which can be used for energy harnessing. Authors have carried out certain experimentation using piezoelectric for voltage generation from exhalation. Differ rent combinations of Piezo sensors i.e. series and parallel with stack is tested for maximum output. Also exhaled air pressure and flow analysis is presented. Some important conclusions are presented. Power generated is less but modification will certainly increase the power levels. The paper presents detailed results of the experimentation which are done for the purpose of energy harvesting in such system.
