  • Abstract
    Industrial training is very much compulsory tool that helps in making career for B. Tech candidates. Every employer looks for experienced candidate who has good updated knowledge about the modern technologies. Theoretical knowledge as well practical knowledge both are required for proper and suitable employability. Theoretical knowledge the candidate gets form engineering college and practical knowledge he/she gets from six months industrial training that is part of his/her curriculum of engineering degree. Main thing that the employers complaint in the market is that the engineering graduates have theoretical knowledge but they lack in proper practical knowledge according to the market requirement. The reason is that the candidates do not take proper industrial training. Either they lack in choosing proper technology or in choosing the proper organization for training. This research paper mainly focuses on the employers´ suggestions regarding need of industrial training in creating a proper career for an engineering graduates (especially B Tech IT candidates).
